We offer a course to teach the basics in understanding, and using Chinese Herbal Medicine. We will provide some insight into the theory, and practice of First Aid, pain relief, and treatment of uncomplicated illnesses so that you will have some tools to use until you can consult with your health care practitioner.  The course itself is free.  An herbal first aid kit will be available for purchase at a modest price.  Please call the Center at 772-778-8877 to register for the next course.
